Kristi Kolega Herrera – Senior Account Executive
Kristi joined Hallier Reed, L.L.C. in February 2013. She brings with her over 14 years of employee benefits, compensation and human resource expertise. She began her career working for a large insurance company in Compensation and Benefits. That experience gave her a solid foundation to move to the consulting side of the business, which is where she has been since 2001. As a Senior Account Executive, she is a key contributor in all aspects of client management, including general supervision and monitoring of the plan effectiveness, day to day administrative concerns such as billing inquiries, communication efforts with clients and insurance companies, and marketing analysis for renewals as well as new lines of coverage. She is instrumental in helping her clients navigate through the complex issues that arise with legislative changes and compliance requirements that affect their benefit programs. Kristi’s background in Human Resources gives her a well-rounded and unique perspective on finding creative solutions to her client’s unique needs.
Kristi is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri. She holds life and health licenses in Kansas and Missouri and is active in the Greater Kansas City Employee Benefit Professionals Association.
